During the interview, the interviewer was very easy to talk to, and the HR representative at the time was also very friendly.
The company's systems are inadequate, and there are almost no benefits. Even when problems are reported to management, there is no improvement; they only say that nothing can be done. In addition, one particular supervisor is extremely emotional and deals with problems by yelling and scolding people. However, when it comes to people with connections or strong backgrounds, she stays quiet and does not berate them—a typical case of bullying the weak and fearing the strong. Overtime is compulsory, and employees often work beyond their hours without pay. The company is unfriendly toward its employees. Staff turnover is very high; the company is frequently recruiting on job websites, and neither new hires nor experienced employees stay for long.
