The colleagues are easy to get along with, but none of them stay for long.
During my time there, I observed that the person in charge of this company was really poor at management. For example, even for something as basic as opening a tuition fee account, the employees had to ask the vendor and learn how to do it themselves. So when customers needed to open a tuition fee account, the person in charge could only write it by hand because she did not know how to operate a computer. I also remember that once, it took two or three weeks for someone to replace a bathroom light bulb. In the end, an elementary school student was asked to replace it.
Late at night, when things were quiet, occasionally one or two people would stay at the front desk. The person in charge would then start telling us gossip about other colleagues and talking about their family situations. At those times, I couldn't help wondering whether, if I wasn't there, she would also discuss my affairs behind my back with others.
Before I resigned, I had already witnessed many employees leave this cram school (from the end of 2020 to mid-2021, approximately a dozen people resigned). We employees would chat privately, and from what we heard, their reasons for leaving were all related to the person in charge. Since I had not been in this job for very long, I chose to stay, after all, everyone can have many different perspectives on the same matter. Not long after they left, I also resigned, and I finally understood what they had said to me back then.
