Pros
Spacious office environment and a diverse employee cafeteria
Flexible start times and flexible leave
All colleagues have a good attitude and are willing to help
Even people from other departments are friendly
Managers are not harsh, and you have autonomy
Not much overtime (hardware quality control PM)
A company that makes me very happy~
Cons
Low salary. Although there is an annual raise, it still cannot compare with changing jobs once—it would take 10 years of raises to match it.
