There is a car park.
It is just a traditional manufacturing company. The salary is average, there is no performance bonus, and the toilets do not even provide toilet paper. They do not give you much time to get familiar with the work. I was originally supposed to take over a sales position, but after a month they found it was not working out and cut my salary, demoting me to a sales assistant. I was informed very suddenly and without notice. Then I was originally supposed to take on a management trainee position, but after two weeks I found there were too many miscellaneous tasks and paperwork that could never be finished each day, so I resigned. Someone who was supposed to take on a sales position with prior experience was, after two months, criticized for having poor spoken English and not being able to grasp the key points, with all kinds of faults being picked out. When the sales staff or supervisor responsible for training people checks documents, why don’t they point out all the problems during the first inspection instead of adding more in the second and third rounds? Doesn’t that show that they themselves are not particularly careful either? The English email culture is also full of mistakes. Anyway, they only see other people’s problems while making a lot of mistakes themselves, which is ridiculous and contradictory. Later, they used the same salary-cutting method to force me to resign. The previous sales employees—one who had stayed for three years and another who had stayed for a year—both left. The turnover is quite high, yet they offer low salaries while looking for highly qualified talent? They are also unwilling to give people time to get familiar with the work. It is really quite bad. They should just bring back the people who left in the past so they could take over immediately, right?!
