Pros
The first floor looks like a warehouse, while there are many people in the office on the second floor. The interviewer was friendly, and the office atmosphere felt rather busy. The interview suggested that everything complies with the Labor Standards Act. They are willing to give new employees a fairly long period of time to learn.
