2. Office staff have to work overtime every day without overtime pay. Working overtime every day is part of the company’s culture; the more and longer you work overtime, the more seriously management thinks you take your job. Leaving work on time is considered a worse offense than murder or arson.
3. The vice president, the highest decision-maker at the Taiwan company, lives in a dream world all day.
4. The authorities may do as they please, but ordinary people are not allowed to do the same.
5. The vice president is too young. Lack of experience would be one thing, but they are also conceited and spend all day daydreaming.
