Pros

(1) The salary is clearly just the minimum wage, plus bonuses only if targets are met (if you fail to meet them => get ready to leave, and you will not be paid the bonus either).

(2) Promotion involves layer upon layer of evaluation; meeting performance targets comes first, and higher educational qualifications are considered useless. Yet supervisors are often people who have not studied much, with only average knowledge and leadership abilities, leaving employees to be tightly controlled.

(3) Although the products are decent, they are not worth this price. The inflated value and extremely high profit margins are created through added charges. Because of the salespeople’s wildly exaggerated descriptions, customers are left with the mistaken impression that the products are in the Mercedes class, but in reality they are no better than well-known brands such as Electrolux and Dyson.

Cons

(1) Product prices are not synchronized with those in Europe, and there is a price difference; consumers who are reasonably proficient in foreign languages can find that prices in Taiwan are more expensive than the online prices in the EU.

(2) The products generate excessive profits and extraordinarily high margins. Anyone with some engineering background can tell that the products do not cost nearly as much to produce.

(3) Sales activities are tightly controlled by the group. The entire team may have difficulty getting off work because of inconsistent actions or delays caused by a few attention-seekers, resulting in overtime work without overtime pay and half the results for twice the effort.
