Cons
The environment for technical staff is really rigid.
It’s difficult to take leave, and no replacements are provided on-site.
The air conditioning on-site isn’t strong enough, and the pay is average.
There are few local Taiwanese employees.
After being here for about three years, I’m still in the same sorry state.
