Leaving work on time, and the employees are easy to get along with.
Violates labor laws; occasionally we have to work on Saturdays, and there is still no annual leave. They said there would be some later, but no one knows what happened to it. After leaving the company, I reported it to the relevant government authorities, but the company still didn't take it seriously.
The internal system is very chaotic, with no established work procedures. There is no year-end bonus; they said they would give bonuses, but that was complete bullshit.
The assistant manager seems not to understand anything. I'm really curious how they got that position.
