I applied for a warehouse worker position:
1. The salary is quite good, and performance bonuses are guaranteed during the new-hire period.
2. It is an affiliated company of Synnex, with a well-established and stable system.
3. Overtime is reasonable, and overtime pay is calculated according to the Labor Standards Act.
4. The HR representative and warehouse supervisor are both very friendly.
1. The application process is a bit troublesome: you have to fill out a lot of information and take an intelligence test. Although it is not difficult, it can easily make people nervous.
2. There is no air conditioning in the work area.
3. Transportation is not very convenient in Gong 4 Industrial Park. If you drive, you sometimes have to park quite far from the company.
4. The surrounding area consists mostly of factories, so dining is inconvenient; it is almost all delivery lunch boxes.
5. The rules regarding leave and tardiness are very strict.
