Part-time positions allow you to leave work on time

As a full-time employee, I always arrive at work on time but have never left on time. When I brought this up with the store manager, the response I received was, "That's just how the service industry is; you can't rush customers."

Managers will say, "Lihsing absolutely does not violate the law," but the store manager doesn't even show any willingness to work toward legal compliance.
