When you arrive, you will first be given a form (a full A4 page) to fill out with your résumé, strengths and weaknesses, work achievements, and so on. After you finish, the interviewer will ask you to take a Chinese and English typing test, which seems to be scored. The rest of the interview mainly consists of questions based on what you wrote on the form.

After the second-round video interview, there was no news at all. The interviewer also left my messages unread and did not reply.
