旭達生技股份有限公司
Pros

The other colleagues were quite easy to get along with

Cons

During the interview, they said they had been looking for someone for this position for quite a long time.

They hired me on the spot (I’ll describe the actual work situation below).

Throughout the interview, the boss spent a relatively large proportion of the time probing the applicant’s reactions.

Here is what the actual work situation was like.

During my first week at the company, I was basically left to fend for myself.

On the first day, they only explained that I needed to coordinate and plan online and offline events, and then expected me to become familiar with the company’s products within two days.

After that, they gave me no further instructions.

I could only rely on my own judgment, ask my colleagues for advice, and plan what needed to be done next.

One day that week, just before the end of the workday, the boss handed me over to a certain department and asked me to give them some advice. I ended up staying until almost 7 p.m.

One evening after work, the boss sent me a “concerned” message.

Then they sent another message over the weekend... (BTW, there was no overtime pay.)

They wanted me to present a proposal for the follow-up plan the next Monday.

????

(By that point, I was already thinking about resigning.)

Because the boss himself had no idea what clear and specific tasks this position was supposed to handle. They simply wanted the other person to accurately guess the marketing vision in their head.

I had just entered this industry, and on top of that, I had not received enough information, yet they expected me to prepare a proposal.

I still managed to produce one, but it was not what they wanted.

They then wanted me to plan all of this year’s activities within “two days,”

as well as the posting schedule for the social media platforms.

That morning, they even told other colleagues not to put too much pressure on me because I had just joined the company =.=

The next day, they said they would be going out and wanted me to report earlier. After I presented, it seemed that was still not what they wanted.

I had planned to submit my resignation the following day, but HR asked me about my work situation that day, so I resigned immediately.

There was no systematic management or record-keeping for the marketing work.

They said I was supposed to organize events, yet they could not even provide records or proposals from past events. They expected me to create everything from nothing.

They were determined to capture the entire market, like trying to swallow a huge pie,

while completely ignoring market research and market share. It was truly bizarre.
