The supervisor doesn’t understand the work and lacks the ability to manage subordinates. The procedures are changed repeatedly after being explained, and there is never one correct way, wasting a lot of time doing the same thing.
They say overtime is not mandatory, but then keep asking about work progress every few days.
There is no handover, no adjustment period, and whenever you ask about the company’s way of working, they say they are too busy. The workload is heavy.
On the surface, everything appears peaceful, but behind the scenes…
