Located in Taipei 101, with a comfortable working environment.
There is a 7-Eleven on the 35th floor, and lunch boxes are provided, so you don’t have to squeeze in with people downstairs.
You can also get a 5% discount at the B1 food court with your employee ID. Taipei 101 Mall is just around the corner for shopping.
The elevators are large, plentiful, and fast. There are six oversized elevators on each floor, and the air conditioning is much better.
During earthquakes, you can enjoy a soft, bouncy feeling, and Taipei 101’s control center immediately broadcasts announcements to every floor.
In short, Taipei 101’s facilities are beyond reproach.
(I suppose all of this is because of Taipei 101.)
The overtime situation is better than at foreign companies.
The salary is much lower than the industry average.
Raises are even less generous.
Promotion is impossible without a system, and departments pass the buck to one another.
You don’t learn much, and meetings are inefficient.
Managers are all very conservative and are best at nitpicking WORD formatting and alignment issues. (The opposite type have all already moved to other companies.)
When year-end performance reviews are conducted, sometimes it isn’t because you performed worse than others, but because the department has to select someone to receive a C rating.
You just have to be sacrificed. (But your manager will specifically explain to you that this is unavoidable.)
The year-end bonus is even lower than the salary.
In short,
if you just want to spend your life waiting for retirement, recuperating, and preparing for exams, you can give Antai a try.
