Pros

The boss makes a lot of money and has bought many properties.

Because the company is profitable, salaries are never delayed or withheld.

Except for sales staff, office employees have a five-day workweek.

Cons

The boss has extremely poor emotional intelligence and spares no one when berating people.

Low pay and heavy workloads; everyone is treated as if they were multiple employees.

You may have to work on typhoon days.

Your pay may be docked for making mistakes.

The boss is narrow-minded and often targets competitors.

Bonuses are not paid on time, and when they are paid, various deductions are made.

It is a family business, and the siblings do not get along (the elder sister is the chairperson and the younger brother is the general manager).

The elder sister fears being sidelined, while the younger brother sets his own rules without letting her know.

Because the siblings do not get along, you have to take both of their emotions and opinions into account when doing your work.

They post job openings every day and dismiss employees every day.

The boss has extreme distrust of employees; there are dozens of surveillance cameras in the office.

Sales staff help move goods, secretaries help with warehouse management, graphic designers help with department-store work, the administration department helps with moving, the IT department helps at retail counters, and HR goes to court (because former employees frequently sue). In short, employees in the exhibition industry also have to do department-store work and the boss's personal errands.

It is truly too much to list… I’ll continue in a sequel.
