Pros
Overtime pay is 1.4 times the regular rate
Because the calculation follows the American system, the hourly wage is higher
Cons
The fixed extended vacation every year is not really a benefit
because it is deducted from your annual leave.
First, annual leave cannot be used flexibly.
Second, for new employees, it is a double-edged sword.
Taking time off without annual leave is unpaid leave,
and because the hourly wage is higher, the amount deducted is also relatively high.
