Good work environment
There is no clock-in system and no overtime pay. In the back, three people handle the front end and back end; the back-end supervisor in particular has it the hardest, and I don't even know whether they are still there. (They leave work after 10 p.m. every day, and there is no overtime pay.)
The base salary only reaches the originally promised amount if you have perfect attendance.
The owner's wife only knows how to scold people all day and doesn't know how to communicate. She thinks she is very capable, but what she says is of no help whatsoever to the engineering department. They don't provide manuals for the software, so no one knows how to use it; she only tells people to make things, then says not to. The company refuses to spend money buying office software and only tells engineers to build it. Then it gets changed over and over again, making it extremely painful to use. The engineering department has it even worse and is constantly being scolded.
Fresh graduates who want to go there to develop patience and self-respect can give it a try.
