A traditional manufacturing company; the chairman is sincere and kind, with an open and magnanimous bearing.
The second-generation successor is poor at judging people and only looks at the surface. They place a person with memory impairment who is narrow-minded and stubborn in a managerial position. The manager likes to throw their weight around and enjoys assigning ineffective tasks. They are fickle and forgetful, privately giving you one set of instructions, then presenting another version to the second-generation successor the next day and claiming that you did not follow their instructions, while completely omitting that the new instructions differed from those originally given. The second-generation successor, taking the manager's side, follows along in insulting and punishing people without understanding the facts. Several people have already been driven away.
The manager often assigns a large number of tasks at short notice and schedules meetings close to the end of the workday, then delays the meetings until after working hours. The manager subsequently says that overtime cannot be claimed for company-assigned work.
