They are very generous with overtime pay and give it under a separate name (production bonus), so you won't be shortchanged.
They organize employee trips, and they are always excellent.
It would be understandable if the PMs were unfamiliar with the machines, but they also like to promise customers things without ever discussing them with the mechanical, software, or electrical design teams before making a decision. Only when customers follow up do they start asking why something was not done or why it has not been delivered. All the current PMs have this problem; it's unclear who the PM really is.
