The company has Wi-Fi
Quarterly birthday celebrations
Occasional company dinners
Year-end lottery
Benefits for the three major holidays
The graphics computing department provides relevant high-performance laptops; other employees can use standard laptops
The general manager is a businessperson, not an entrepreneur
They somewhat laissez-fairely allow the management department to handle everything, and it is the real power center
The company is not large, so the division of authority is unclear
Managers from other departments frequently cross departmental boundaries and affect operations
You need to keep your eyes open and maintain a good relationship with the management department,
otherwise they may use their authority to force you to resign or obstruct your work
They pick and choose which tasks to do, and while doing them, they say: “We’re the ones doing everything!”
When pushing tasks onto others, they say: “That’s very simple; just ask someone to do it.”
They occasionally intervene in other people’s ongoing work,
contact clients privately, and report to their superiors while creating small traps, making it appear
that they themselves are doing work and highlighting their own abilities.
They curry favor with other senior figures in the company and help them clock in or take leave at any time,
to maintain their own influence and personal following in the company
Rules change constantly, and departing employees are not given advance notice;
instead, their departure becomes “voluntary resignation.” There have been cases of employees taking the company to court over related matters.
If you are a newcomer looking to gain experience, this may be a decent company, but keep your eyes open. If you are considering it as a long-term career, think carefully.
