Interview: Electrical Control Department Sales Engineer – Taipei. Mainly promoting Panasonic Japan's international-brand light sensors and laser engraving machines.
1. Base salary system: It is estimated that during the first two years, the monthly salary may be at most 28K. Only from the third year might the position adopt a performance-bonus system like that of senior sales staff.
2. There are many middle-aged, experienced employees in the company; I did not see many young faces.
3. Sales are divided by region.
4. You need to provide your own car. Although there is a subsidy, you have to wait two months before traveling around on your own.
