Suitable for people who want a stable life. Although the salary is not as high as in the tech industry, where you can make a lot of money, at least you won't encounter too much unreasonable treatment. The salary structure, company policies, and so on are all fairly well established!
(P.S. I was originally worried after seeing so many reviews, but the company actually even provided epidemic prevention allowances during the pandemic!! That was so much better than my friend's company, which directly downsized its organization......)
The operating procedures at a large company are relatively complex and cumbersome! I often spend most of my time going through procedures and approvals.
