Cons
1. The boss loves to dream and is also very good at using rhetoric.
2. They are reluctant to offer competitive salaries, there is no year-end bonus, and other performance bonuses are also very opaque.
3. In general, everyone’s work is very miscellaneous—the boss will ask you to do whatever comes to mind. The more capable you are, the more exhausted you will be.
There is insufficient support for employees, and the pay is inadequate, but the demands are high.
Unless you are interested in Amazon, if you are looking to gain experience, I suggest not working here.
