The working hours are insanely long
Sales keeps making grand promises and misleading clients about the budget
They can even make up stories about tools that haven't been implemented yet
Speaking as if everything were completely real
Then, once the project is brought in, they immediately expose all the gaps, and the execution team gets severely reprimanded
Absolutely ridiculous
