1. All colleagues are very nice
2. Business is poor, so the workload is not heavy
3. On-time start and finish; not much overtime
4. Free staff meals are provided
1. The salary never increases
2. There are no promotion opportunities. Even when management positions become available, the company would rather recruit externally than promote from within
3. Because business is poor, there is no desire to pursue breakthroughs; they just sit around waiting for customers to come in
4. The people in power are very emotional and unwilling to delegate authority to those below them, so the work is completely unfulfilling
5. A company suitable for coasting until retirement (provided the company has not gone under)
6. The turnover rate is very high (many people leave as soon as they see no future)
