Longer working hours, with no substantive systems or policies. There is a lot of passing the buck, and in the end it is often the newest employees who bear the responsibility. The supervisor does not actually manage, but only asks subordinates to share their own workload, and does not share any other technical knowledge. (It feels like they just want to occupy the position; capable people are advised to leave quickly.) The only people who truly know how to lead others are the boss, the director, and the senior web designer.
When there are problems with a project, the supervisor will not proactively step in to help resolve them, but will directly dump the responsibility on the designer. If you want to discuss salary, it is recommended that you bypass the supervisor. The supervisor has a comparative mindset and is very concerned about whether the salaries of subordinates are to their liking (without considering actual ability); they will only bring it up with the boss if they approve of the salary.
