Calls are regularly selected and scored each month. The scoring method is overly rigid and may not necessarily be based on whether the caller’s problem was resolved
Paid leave is difficult to schedule; only one or two people can take leave each day, and sometimes no one can take leave on certain days
Occasionally, when calls that should be transferred to civil servants for answers are transferred, the supervisor may give a score of 0 or the civil servant may scold you
Sometimes the answers or requirements given by the government agency and the company differ, and they may change repeatedly

If a customer complaint is verified and you are found to have done something wrong, the company will fine you (after the second offense, the fine can exceed NT$1,000)
During work, your phone must be locked in a cabinet. Even if you disable standby mode, you cannot use your phone even briefly when going to the restroom
