As long as something in the company’s script is missing or you haven’t brought it to the attention of the store manager and auditors, they’ll start chewing you out. Also, if the photo doesn’t capture it, an outright major demerit of $5,000 is imposed, and your entire salary is gone. There are also warnings, minor demerits, and major demerits, amounting to $1,000, $3,000, and $5,000 respectively. The company has a whole bunch of rules: if you fail to do just one part, $1,000 or $3,000 is immediately deducted. If you don’t follow the company’s many rules, your salary disappears right away. Previously it was $26,000; now it’s $32,000, with a little over $30,000 left after labor and health insurance deductions. It was raised close to $32,000 because deductions from your salary are inevitable, so they raised it that high. They keep telling us to brainwash customers into buying our products, while constantly saying that Hezhong’s products are bad. It’s truly an unethical company, and it also falsely claims to have been in business for more than 20 years.
