The company offers a diverse range of products and services, making it easy to develop integration skills.
It is also easy to encounter well-known clients.
The company is very sales-oriented (after all, the boss has a sales background).
If you work in sales, you have chosen the right side.
If you are a highly adaptable salesperson, it should be quite good.
Low sales commissions.
High turnover; it is genuinely very easy to end up handling both sales and PM responsibilities.
(Boss: We need to weather the storm together.)
Long working hours. For a while, I would start work at 9 a.m. and not get home until midnight.
The salary is only 30K, making it a very difficult job.
If you want to learn the ropes, staying for 0.5–1 year is about enough.
There is also the certain manager everyone has talked about so much, occupying a position without doing any work.
I will not say more about that.
Finally, a warm reminder:
Remember to build a good relationship with the boss. Otherwise, you can be as busy as a dog, and the boss will always think you have a low presence and seem not to have done anything.
