Seriously violates the Labor Standards Act. Overtime is very common, and the work environment is dangerous, extremely chaotic, and lacks any system. It is highly exploitative. The boss brings in unpaid people to handle sales and does not hire or dismiss employees in accordance with the Labor Standards Act.
