Colleagues get along reasonably well, because they’re all as inexperienced as you are.
It’s a responsibility-based system; once you’ve finished your work, you can leave.
The following creative writing was dreamed up. Any resemblance is purely coincidental and entirely fictional.
In the dream, the following things happened at a company:
1. Basically, everything is controlled by family members (managers). If you’re good at ingratiating yourself or willing to be sufficiently servile, you’ll do very well.
2. New hires receive no so-called proper training and have no opportunities to learn.
3. The family members have poor emotional control. Basically, every issue has to be brought to them, and you have to be careful every day not to get caught in the crossfire.
I woke up from the dream, and it was hard to process so many things. Fortunately, it was only a dream, not something that actually happened—it was just creative writing, entirely fictional.
