Pros
There aren't many advantages.
Cons
After I had only been working here for three days, they started yelling at me. When I asked questions about things I didn't know, they answered very impatiently, as if I had already been doing the job for three years. Then, when I was learning the second position, it was even worse—they started yelling at me outright, completely treating a newcomer like an experienced employee.
