Cons
The salary is before labor and health insurance deductions and includes a $2,000 perfect attendance bonus. Taking four hours of leave in a month does not forfeit the perfect attendance bonus, but each leave request must be for at least two hours.
The performance bonus is paid once every three months. The calculation is: sales bonus * 0.05 / number of office staff. This means that 5% of the bonus earned by the sales staff is divided equally among all office staff.
