1. You may not be able to eat lunch peacefully, as you can easily be disturbed by internal calls. It’s best to go out for lunch.
2. Responsibilities and authority are unclear. People are often randomly assigned tasks that do not belong to their roles.
3. This is clearly an unfair place for newcomers, which is why the company’s average employee age is relatively high.
4. The boss always thinks you are extremely busy (applicable to long-time employees and confidants). If you are a junior employee, you are left with nothing but suffering.
5. The boss pretends to understand, questions employees’ expertise, and has very outdated ideas and information!
6. The company’s information technology equipment is terrible—absolutely terrible.
7. Don’t meddle by doing things outside your responsibilities, or they will all become your responsibility next time.
8. Employees are implicitly or explicitly expected to cooperate with working overtime on holidays.
