The work atmosphere at this company is also quite good. The manager likes to drink beverages, and every now and then everyone buys drinks to cool off. The boss’s wife is extremely generous and often treats us to food. She even gives us fruit by the “box,” supporting farmers while also taking care of employees. Although the work is varied, you can learn a lot. I recommend that newcomers to the workplace keep an open mind; otherwise, everywhere will feel the same. If you always maintain a grateful heart, you will also be happier.

The tasks are very varied, but for me, they are a kind of challenge. I treat them as challenges rather than obstacles.
