1. The people are very nice and generally friendly; many of those in the transportation unit are retired career military personnel.
2. A friendly work environment.
3. You can clearly feel that this really is a social welfare organization doing good deeds.
4. Colleagues are very helpful and willing to make sacrifices and dedicate themselves, so you won’t feel like you’re fighting alone.
Overall, it is a workplace with good camaraderie among colleagues, and most people are simple and straightforward.
1. If you don’t want to get involved in factional struggles, play dumb.
2. Policies from upper management can easily change from one day to the next, and things are generally chaotic.
3. You may be forced to accept a promotion or a personnel transfer.
Overall, the farther away from central management, the better.
