Nothing to do
Nothing to do
The salary is relatively low
There is not much communication among people in the company
I heard from colleagues who had been there longer that the company seemed to be going downhill, with fewer projects each year.
There was a desolate feeling. At one point, there was nothing to do for two whole months.
I was worried that the company might go under at any time.
The manager of one department was not very capable.
It felt like he just gave orders and told the employees under him what to do while waiting for retirement.
You cannot learn anything working under him.
It was simply too boring to bear.
I did not stay for very long; once I found another job, I left.
