The salary is quite good for a recent graduate or someone just starting out.
The manager almost exclusively invites attractive women to interviews.
You can judge for yourself whether the motives are innocent.
Employee management is poor, and work assignments are extremely strange.
Basically, more than half of the work falls outside one’s own area of responsibility.
When there is a problem and you need to contact the manager, they are almost impossible to find.
Projects that are submitted are almost always sent out without even being reviewed.
Only when there is a problem do they come back and start criticizing people for not having done things properly, and so on.
Whenever an employee resigns, it is turned into something resembling a witch hunt.
They constantly defame and verbally abuse former employees.
The goal is to brainwash the remaining employees into believing that the people who resigned were the ones at fault, rather than the department—or even the manager themselves.
The whole impression is that of an immature child who has never grown up.
Everything is someone else’s problem, never their own, and they even force others to see things the same way.
If you unfortunately join this department, you should be able to notice these signs very quickly.
When that happens, don’t hesitate to leave, lest staying too long result in you being vilified even after you resign.
