At noon, they provide a group lunchbox delivery order worth NT$120 (basically, it's very hard to find anything that tastes good).
Exploits employees, low pay, an all-inclusive overtime arrangement with no overtime pay, and an autocratic boss.
During the interview, the boss dared to say that the company used Google's management style, but in reality it is still a traditional Taiwanese company that exploits its employees.
Although the company's specialties are websites, databases, and system development, during my employment I experienced the development of a new product. The boss also served as the PM, but did an absolutely terrible job! He did not understand scheduling, conducted no preliminary research or market surveys, and did not attend meetings about important features. He then blamed employees for being ineffective and lacking a sense of responsibility, while only wanting to spend very little money to have one or two people do the work of an entire team at a normal company.
In my first week at the company, I saw two colleagues resign. The boss immediately badmouthed the departing employees in front of the new hires, saying how poorly they had performed before.
In short, this company deserves an overwhelmingly bad review.
