People without annual leave get heavily docked in pay when they need to take time off.
The people there are difficult to get along with.
The benefits and salary were explained very vaguely, and they’re not very good.
Those going in to operate the machinery should be prepared: there is a fan, but it may not blow on you. You have to move iron around and run back and forth, so by the end of the day you’ll be exhausted.
If you work overtime at night, you eat whatever was left over from lunch—and there may not even be any left, because foreign workers who aren’t doing overtime may have eaten it all, haha.
If there are orders to complete today, you have to work overtime to finish them, no matter how long it takes or what the date is. You can’t refuse to work overtime.
