A Swedish foreign company, so the salary may be higher.
Due to the pandemic, the interview was conducted by video for the electronic maintenance engineer position.
They did not disclose the salary. I only found out after attending two on-site interviews.
1. Shift work is required: morning shift 7:00–15:00 (you have to get up at 6:00 a.m.), afternoon shift 15:00–23:00 (you do not get home until almost midnight), and night shift 23:00–07:00.
2. You need to cooperate with overtime on weekdays when a colleague takes leave.
3. You must be scheduled to work two Saturdays or Sundays each month.
4. You need experience repairing products and equipment. Because of the on-site equipment, a lack of experience may create safety concerns.
5. The automatic control system uses Siemens equipment. Those without experience may need to spend some time learning it.
