* The best part is being able to freely apply the skills I’m good at~ Personally, I’m rarely given a hard time no matter how I do things, and my supervisor also takes my professional expertise and project work very seriously.
* The company provides a free lunch, and if you don’t eat it, you can even take the cash instead 🤫
* My colleagues are very willing to help each other and assist with various minor administrative matters. People generally don’t quibble over who should be responsible for which trivial tasks.
* There are a bit too few team members, so the time available to carry out projects gets compressed quite tightly.
* During project execution, there is no standardized requirements checklist. We often end up having to revise things after they’re completed, or receive a new requirement every day—or even be told just before the end of the workday and expected to finish it by the next morning.
* There is no overtime pay, only compensatory leave.
* There are no transparent promotion or salary-increase policies, so all I can do is keep hoping for a promotion or raise 😐
