I don't know how a company with such severe employee turnover can have so few reviews! The benefits are practically nonexistent. The people at the top are military retirees who manage the company using military systems—everything is handled through shouting, and employees are treated like dogs. There is a wave of resignations every month, and the company is almost entirely made up of newcomers. Everything is a complete mess, and it never manages to get on track. Even senior executives leave one by one; otherwise, parachuted-in managers come in and leave after just two days. There is constant buck-passing and plenty of shifting of responsibility, and the bosses are all highly emotional. If you miss military life, this is definitely a challenge worth taking!
