On my second day at work, I was dismissed. I was not slacking off or goofing around at work; it was only because I took a private phone call for less than two minutes. The manager surnamed Li from the Business Department felt this was inappropriate and might cause trouble in the future, so he told me to work until the end of that day and not come in the next day.

If I had spent the whole day playing with my phone or slacking off, I would have accepted it. However, none of that happened. I was even handling work matters during the call. I really don't understand what I did wrong!

Manager Li said that the boss wanted an environment with harmonious consensus, but I feel that he was the one disrupting the harmony.
