I honestly can't think of any.
For the first few months after you join, they treat you very well and praise you every day. Then they show their true colors, launching all kinds of meaningless personal attacks, maliciously undermining your confidence, and afterward telling you to keep it up.
They don't care whether your workload is beyond capacity. First, they tell you to handle multiple cases at once to see whether you can manage. When you really can't keep up and ask whether someone can help share the workload, the boss will even scold you for not saying so earlier.
There is no overtime pay, and there certainly aren't any opportunities for promotion. The boss's wife has too much free time and will occasionally come looking for trouble.
