漢升密封科技股份有限公司
Pros

※ A workplace where supervisors do not show respect.

※ Suitable for people who enjoy experiencing palace intrigue. There are quite a lot of internal cliques.

※ You must be able to accept being transferred to any position within the company.

※ Performance evaluations are not transparent.

Cons

Preface: Your company is a family business, and the vast majority of people in positions of authority are relatives.

My supervisor (Ami) is a distant relative of the company owners. She is highly lacking in professionalism and management ability, avoids responsibility, and is very unsuccessful at dealing with people. Several capable colleagues have resigned because of her. Her interests include cultivating sycophants, staring blankly at the computer, or watching her little female secretary.

(Supervisors discriminate based on appearance: if you are unattractive, they will do everything they can to drive you out [unless you become their sycophant]; if you are beautiful, they will chat with you all day long. When employees cannot finish their work, instead of helping, the supervisor only asks them, “Are you very busy today?” ... The supervisor’s money is so easy to earn. The supervisor can earn a high salary just by finding people to chat with and talking nonsense. How is that so good??) Source: Google (personally verified by me), plus some additions from me.

My supervisor’s nonsense is truly endless; I will just give you a general idea so you can get the picture.

The work is very miscellaneous, and assignments are not allocated according to people’s abilities or suitability.

The performance evaluation system is extremely opaque. Even if your performance rating is particularly high, you will not earn much more than someone with a low performance rating.

If you really want to do this job, I sincerely recommend treating it only as a short-term experience.
