None! A waste of time—the HR department is unprofessional, and the company has no integrity! Terrible!
This company is truly unethical. After issuing me a written job offer, HR said they would arrange an additional time to discuss the salary. Instead, they internally submitted an approval request with a fixed salary of NT$30,000 without discussing my salary expectations with me at all. I ended up waiting a month for this company’s offer, only to find that there was a gap between my expected salary and what the company offered. The company later backed out and was afraid to hire me, telling me to look for another company myself. I had already completed all the onboarding documents requested in the company’s email, yet they then told me not to report to work. Absolutely terrible. Anyone interviewing with this company should be extremely cautious—do not wait too long for this stingy company.
