1. After joining, I saw the company’s products and brochures and judged that this company and another company on the forum, 【Taiwan Condi Biotechnology】, which a former employee had already posted about, are probably owned by the same person. That post already provides a very specific and practical description of the company’s internal situation and can be referred to.
2. Does not proactively dismiss employees
1. The company’s official working hours are 8:00–17:00. In my personal experience, I almost never left work on time. When I left the company at around 18:00–18:30, there were still supervisors working in the office. As for overtime pay—as far as I understand, there was none for office staff.
2. The boss’s ideas changed constantly. This was reflected in decision-making, which was somewhat erratic. The boss would often think of something and demand that it be completed quickly, but then ask for changes again a few days later, making it difficult to adapt. At least that was the case for me; perhaps my own abilities were not good enough!
3. The company may still have a staffing shortage. One person was expected to do the work of several people, and the duties were quite miscellaneous; you would not only perform the position you were hired for. Judging from the many job postings that list “no restrictions” under the requirements for applicants, you can probably tell that something is not quite right.
4. During my employment, there was only one computer in the office that could access the internet.
5. Office atmosphere: I personally felt it was quite poor and very stifling. In terms of the environment, I felt that the supervisors were not friendly toward new employees.
