1. Interviewing for a management trainee position, they asked why I had been unemployed for a while and why what I studied was different from what I wanted to do afterward. They asked a large number of questions that seemed intended to help me find direction, but eventually circled back to criticize me, and also mentioned that our company has all of these positions.

2. I was interviewing for a marketing and sales position. The company kept saying that my previous experience could not even cover my own salary and that my KPI performance was poor. When I shared my past sales experience, they only kept questioning the companies I had previously worked for.

3. When interviewing for a management trainee position, the manager was concerned about what my family members did for a living. All the questions were essentially a background investigation, and they even seemed worried that someone taking this job would not stay long.

It is clear that people who join will face quite a bit of criticism. The salary probably is not high either. The position is labeled as a management trainee, as if it were for training, but in reality, it probably is not.
